I’m trying to convert an MKV files to the format of vob or mp4 for playback on my PS3. The thing is that the mkv
file contains two audio tracks, English and French. For some reason, the French track is the default track, but I can
understand English only, so I have to look around the Internet for a program that allows me selecting English track

1. Launch Pavtube MKV Converter and click “Add” button to load MKV files

3. Click on the pull down menu of “Format” to select mp4 or vob as output format for PS3
I chose “PS3 Video (720P) MPEG-4 (*.mp4)” for instance. To output vob files, you can select “VOB Format”

4. Click “Settings” button to do advanced settings
If you want to adjust the video and audio parameters to achieve a special video and audio quality, you can click
“Settings” button to adjust video and audio parameters like codec, image size, bit rate, etc to whatever you like. To
get a smaller file size, you can select smaller values, but there will be some video loss to some extent; to get a better
quality, you can select larger values, while the file size will be enlarged without doubt. That is to say you’d better
make a good balance between the output file size and the file quality. If you are not good at it, you can totally skip
this step, because the default settings can satisfy you needs basically.

5. Click “Convert” button to start converting mkv to mp4 or vob
Once finished, you can get the resulted files via clicking on “Open” button effortlessly. Now, it’s time to enjoy the
movie on your PS3 via your wide screen TV.
